Corporate art installation made from crowd-sourced content
The Brookfield Properties' "We Will" wall originated as a way to bring the new corporate cultural values to life in a tangible way for everyone at their properties, regional offices, and Chicago headquarters.
Teammates throughout the organization wrote “I Will” statements as tangible commitments to the corporate values. Although unique to each person, these statements embody the spirit of teamwork and demonstrate that when they act with integrity, take initiative, and build mutual trust, they all win together.
Each of the 625 plaques consists of a single statement with an icon representing the related cultural value. The plaques are arranged in a mosaic pattern at varying heights to create an undulating pattern that gives a sense of kinetic movement to the installation.
